About the music

1. All in your mind was the result of a collaboration between Wesley Krauss and myself. It was an unbelievably fun project. At the end of the song we’re actually singing inside percussion drums. We wanted to give it an exotic, tribal sound, so we thought that sticking our heads inside drums might work. Special thanks to Wesley’s father, for we played about 20 different percussion instruments, which belong to his unique collection. This song is still a work in progress though, for we’re planning on changing the chorus. So as soon as it will be done, you’ll be the first to hear it.
2. Encore le feu was yet another wonderful collaboration between Mickey Mcleod and me. It was a love song project that we had to write for one of our many school assignments. It was very different from what I have done before, because most of my love songs are ballads. I was very happy to work on a more upbeat type of love track. And it was amazing to be a part of a project in which Mickey did his drum programming magic, for he is the master in that area.
3. Spirituality is the last song I have written. It is very close to my heart because I feel that it represents me very well. It still is a little bit of a work in progress when it comes to the mixing aspect. But I just wanted to give you a little bit of a taste, for it is the first song I have done in this ambiental style, a genre that I have always loved.
